Analyze Your Thoughts

If you proactively made an effort to change your thoughts do you believe you can change your life?

If the majority of our thoughts dictate the majority of our feelings and the majority of our feelings dictate the majority of our actions then we should intentionally set our thoughts in alignment with the person we aspire to be by programming our thoughts with affirming words and beliefs.
